Prototypes, Paper Clips, and Imperfection

In the process of designing new UM Bags, Josh has started to move from experimenting with dozens of paper models to making actual prototypes. In making pieces held together by paper clips, using strange felt colors, or accidentally sewing the tags upside down, this batch is far from perfect. Instead, the goal is to test the look, feel, and usability of each bag. Depending on the results, we might step back to make more paper models or move forward to production.
